C-P MODELS

The standing figures measure between 20 to 21mm foot to eye. Many of the figures show no mould join lines at all and where they are evident they are very fine. I liked the interesting mix of uniforms, headgear, equipment and weapons. The weapons in particular are finely sculpted and appear true to scale. All the standing figures are on a fairly thin circular base with some texturing, which could do away with the need to provide an additional base - a feature I wish producers of 15mm figures would adopt. All of the lying down figures are on their own textured base and also do not require re-basing. All together a well made and interesting sample of figures that are full of character. I can recommend a visit to the web site that has a wealth of information and lots of photographs of their range of WW2 figures that cover many areas neglected by other manufacturers.

FA6. 1944 Finnish Jager with Panzerfaust. One walking with Panzerfaust at 45 degrees, one standing ready to fire and one lying down preparing to fire.

BB4. Bersaglieri Infantry with Breda LMG.One standing figure in relaxed pose with LMG, one kneeling figure in interesting action pose and one lying figure preparing for action.

XM1. Italian social Republics Forces 1943-45. Officer pointing, NCO with rifle standing and radioman lying down operating radio set, a two part casting. I particularly liked the NCO who is bareheaded and wearing an eye patch and has a well sculpted features. I would like to see this character in an action pose as well.
